ALBANY, NY – October, 2008 – Albany-based software developer ComputerWorks has been awarded a contract by the United States House of Representatives to supply InterTrac® for Government to Member Offices. As a Correspondence Management System (CMS), InterTrac will meet the needs of state representatives by managing incoming constituent correspondence, outgoing responses, constituent casework, and contact-related information.
"This is very exciting for us," affirmed Greg Rosano, CEO and founder of ComputerWorks. "InterTrac was introduced in the United States Senate in 1999, and we've been working very hard for the better part of ten years to mature InterTrac as a constituent relationship management product. To be able to serve the entire Congress is just a great honor, and we'll continue to work toward meeting this market's particular needs."
InterTrac is an award-winning information management and collaboration tool that is currently at work in over 200 public and private sector organizations coast to coast. InterTrac for Government was first piloted in the Office of Senator Edward Kennedy in 1999, and has been used by a growing number of United States Senate Offices, New York State agencies, and other municipal government organizations to maximize their productivity, efficiency, and communication.
